2.3 The practice provides Fear Free compliant CLIENT EDUCATION on at least eight (8) of the following seventeen (17) topics. Example

uploads and/or weblinks are REQUIRED for each topic selected
10 points per topic to add up to a maximum of 80 points

3-Litter Box Training & Care

5-Meeting the Environmental Needs of Indoor Cats

7-How to Select a Trainer AND at least one (1) training resource ('how to train') for owners

8-Muzzle Training

9-Nail Trims and/or Grooming

10-Ear Care (cleaning, medicating)

11-AG Care

12-Environmental Enrichment for Activity Restricted Pets

13-Chronic Health Care Issues

14-Senior and/or Geriatric Patient Care

15-Palliative and/or Hospice Care and/or Euthanasia

16-Referral to CAAB or DACVB
