Client Education Standards

The maximum possible points 140. You must obtain a score of 60 or higher to pass this section.

2.3 The practice provides client education regarding Fear Free veterinary care with recommendations for the client’s role as it pertains to specific patient groups/procedures:

10 points per patient group/procedure to add up to a maximum of 80 points
