PCV Dashboard

While connected to the internet, open your dashboard and enter the practice ID and ‘submit’ or enter. The practice information and self-assessment will now be loaded.

You will see 2 progress bars. The first one, with the ‘SELF-ASSESSED’ button to its right, is what the practice has entered. All their bars should be green. The second one, with the ‘ONSITE REVIEW” button to its right, is what you will use. When you click on this button, the form for that category opens. To see how the practice self-assessed, you need to click on their ‘SELF-ASSESSED’ button.

The greyed-out standards are ones which required uploads and have been pre-approved by the PCM. Though not required, you have the option to upload any files/photos/etc. for every standard. If you select ‘no’ or ‘n/a’ for a mandatory standard, a space will appear for you to enter support your selection. For the optional standards, each form has a place at the end for any comments you’d like to include (‘PCV Comments’).

To collapse any set of standards, simply click the “ONSITE REVIEW’ or ‘SELF-ASSESSED’ button again.

When you have finished verifying the standards, select the ‘COMPLETE ONSITE REVIEW’ button on the lower left and submit after answering the final 6 questions.
